Tired of being stuck indoors? You're not alone. Most of us spend over 90% of our time inside, often in front of screens—and it can really take a toll on our mood, sleep, and overall health.
That’s why I’m inviting you to step outside and join our Outdoor Group Training classes!
Plenty of movement, fresh air, a few laughs—and that lovely feeling when you know you’ve done something great for yourself.
✨Who’s it for?
Women over 60, in a small, supportive group (max 6 people).
🕔 When?
Tuesdays at 5pm, once a week.
📍 Where?
Salthill Park.
🧳 What to bring:
Your mat, a bottle of water, and warm clothes—layers are your friend!
🏋️♀️ What we do:
We do light weight training, balance & coordination exercises, and plenty of stretches to keep you strong and steady.
Each class is 60 minutes long.

Looking for a fun, friendly way to stay active and feel great?
Come join our indoor exercise classes, designed especially for people over 60—whether you're new to fitness or looking to stay active. Small group of up to 8 participants.
We use a private gym space, completely our own during the session. Loads of equipment and variety to keep it interesting and effective.
We move, we laugh, and we look after our bodies—nothing too strenuous, just feel-good movement in a supportive setting.

Everyone welcome, regardless of age or ability.

Free, easy parking at the Sports Dome.
🧳 What to bring:
Loose, comfortable clothing, proper shoes for indoor activity
and a bottle of water.

We focus on weight training, balance, coordination, light cardio, and mobility. Each class is 60 minutes long.
